Megabrain Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MegaBrain Training Center. By enrolling in any course or program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.

1 *Course Enrollment*
1.1 *Eligibility*
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for each course as outlined in the course description. MegaBrain reserves the right to deny enrollment if these requirements are not met.

1.2 *Registration*

Registration for courses must be completed through our official website or in person at our designated office. A one-time registration fee of 250 AED will be charged for all new students. Full payment of course fees is required to confirm your spot in the course 


1.3 *Payment*
All course fees must be paid by the deadlines provided at the time of registration. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified by MegaBrain.

2 *Cancellation and Refunds**

2.1 *Cancellation Policy:* 

2.1.1 *Cancellation Notice:*
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

2.1.2 *No Show:* 
Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation will be counted as an absence.

2.1.3 *Cancellation Limit:* 
You are allowed to cancel up to two classes per package. Further cancellations will require management approval.

2.1.4 *Makeup Classes:* 
Any makeup class must be scheduled and completed within the same week of the missed class. Failure to do so will result in the class being counted as missed.

2.1.5 *Hold Policy:* 
Classes can be put on hold for a maximum period of 3 months. However, there is no guarantee that the same tutor or time slot will be available after the hold period.

2.2 *Cancellation of the Course* 

2.2.1 *Cancellation by Participant*
Participants wishing to cancel their enrollment must do so at least 7 days before the course start date to qualify for a refund. A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the payment. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fee. No refunds will be provided once the course has started.


2.2.2 *Cancellation by MegaBrain*

MegaBrain reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or legal reasons (such as changes in applicable laws or registration requirements). In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course of equivalent value.

2.2.3 *Refund Processing*
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after a cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.


3 *Conduct and Behaviour*
3.1 *Participant Behaviour*
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

3.2 *Health and Safety*
Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations during their time at MegaBrain Training Center. MegaBrain reserves the right to ask participants to leave if they do not comply with safety protocols.

4. *Liability*
4.1 *Personal Responsibility*
MegaBrain Training Center is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during participation in any course or program.


5. *Data Protection and Privacy*
5.1 *Personal Data*
MegaBrain collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants' information will only be used for course administration and communication purposes.

5.2 *Third-Party Sharing*
MegaBrain will not share participant information with third parties without prior consent, except when required by law.

6. *Attendance and Certification*
6.1 *Attendance* 
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete any required assessments or coursework. Failure to do so may result in the participant not receiving a certificate of completion.

6.2 **Certification** 
Participants who successfully complete the course will be issued a certificate. MegaBrain reserves the right to withhold certificates from participants who do not meet the course requirements.

7. *Force Majeure*
MegaBrain Training Center is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
