Student Refund and Cancellation Policy

Megabrain refund and cancellation policy applies to all students for all online and Face to Face Services.

How to Cancel/Refund your enrollment:
If the Client has fully registered but didn't start yet taking classes, then Refund will be processed within 45 Days and Megabrain will be entitled to deduct 15% covering our Admin Fees.

If the Client has fully registered and started already attending at least the first class, or missed at least the first class. In this case, we don't provide a refund, rather we can offer other services for the same amount. Megabrain provides clients with a chance to try our services if needed by taking one paid class in addition to having a FREE assessment with the Teacher to be comfortable registering. (Since we started operating in 1987, we had only a handful of situations where Clients asked for a Refund)

Rescheduling or cancellation of Classes:
In some instances, courses may be rescheduled or canceled by Megabrain, usually due to low enrollment. Megabrain reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course within 2 days prior to the advertised course start date.

If the Client wishes to reschedule or cancel a class, they need to inform Megabrain 24 hours before the class start date. The class will be counted if not informed 24 hours before through email, Whatsapp, Landline, or Mobile Phone.

Refunds for students who are late or miss lessons
It is extremely important that students respectfully attend all sessions on time. If a student is late for a lesson, the teacher will wait up to 10 minutes before the student will be considered absent and will not be refunded.
